The plastic roller is on a plate on the middle carb (brown looking roller closest to the bottom)

The tubing makes it the correct diameter to advance timing and throttle at the right increments. ??? Better explanation will come along, it just should be there

When I start mine I push the key in for about 5 seconds then continue to press it in while cranking. I think these motors all like a little different startup procedure, just try it that way and if it doesn't work try holding in the key less or more. It shouldn't take too long and you'll figure out what it likes
