Hair Dryer and goo gone. Be sure to get rid of all the goo gone before applying new ones.

I use a razor and GooGone - I wouldn't use the razor blade. Never thought about a heat gun or the eraser wheel - which I have.

LOL, my birthday is in July here in central Fl and that's when I have to replace all my tags and decals, with the heat they peel off like a cheap Band-Aid so I have no issues or recommendations.![]()
Goo gone, heat gun and a plastic scraper will get the job done. Apply all with moderation. Clean with soap and water then wax the whole boat.
