Solix 15 Mapping Issue

My mapping will not work with my Lakemaster chip OR my Navionics chip. When using Navionics it is just a white screen where all the water is and shows my way points. With my Lakemaster card the screen will flash up without contour lines and then go black. I have read every forum I can find, tried resetting the unit, even followed other advice to delete all Nav Data and then turn the unit off and back on. Nothing seems to work. Have a tournament this weekend and need to figure this out and I am looking for any advice on how to fix it? Was told to post it here and ask Wayne for help.

Put a blank formatted memory card 32GB or less and take some Snapshots to see if the card readers are functioning. If so , Restore Defaults a couple of times.

Change the Images setting from internal to SD so it writes the snapshots directly.

The SD slots are working. I took out the SD card, deleted all way points, put it back in and uploaded them just to make sure. I inserted the Lakemaster card and it started to show it but then started flashing a black screen followed by a partial screen of the Lakemaster charts. Both images below.

also having issues with networked Apex seeing lakemaster inserted on solix 12 gen 1. Shows fine on 3 of the for depth finders but one of the Apex's at bow. Will show without contours and then go black and can't zoom in or out.

I have tried uploading the pictures but for some reason when I choose the file they are not loading. It just flashes from black screen back to the screen showing partial lakemaster chart in about 40% of the middle of the screen.
