How to check that throttle is opening 100% on 2021 Merc 150 4S?
Is this a DIY project?

Dunno if you kin do that with VesselView. After I got the VV I got a fault code. Ended up the factory or dealer didn't have my Hotfoot adjusted properly relative to the engine at WOT.

No hotfoot just hand throttle if that matters

Doesn't matter. Still has to be set on any CMS four stroke.

Correct. A DTS engine doesn't experience the issues associated with mechanical setting of controls. Fly by wire.

This is a 4-cylinder 150. Physically check the throttle plate.

Don, thx for your reply. Do you have instructions or a previous post detailing how I would check the throttle plate to confirm it is allowing max WOT.

I do not, but have checked a number of them. Disconnect throttle cable at the engine FIRST and move the throttle arm MANUALLY to make sure it physically "could" achieve WOT (before moving to the hotfoot or throttle and cable adjustments).
