2017 Evinrude G2 250HO

I am looking to purchase a 2017 ranger z521c with a 2017 Evinrude 250HO model number E250LHOAGD for 45k. The motor has 300 hours and an extended warranty until the end of 2021. I had my local marine shop who is an Evinrude dealer look up the engine by its serial number and it shows that it had the power head and lower unit replaced in 2019 covered under warranty. With this in mind, would it be a good engine/buy and what are things that I need to pay close attention to when I go look at it on Thursday of next week?
