    Need new tackle management system

I've used the same old Plano model for many years. The reason, and this carries over to what I am asking here is, I fish with many different guys and we switch boats often. I do not want a system involving too many pieces so I can spur of the moment load up in another boat and go. This is for my bass stuff, as my Crappie stuff is already in a great one piece pack.

So, what's out there that has the capacity to hold, hard baits, spinner baits, soft plastics bags and terminal tackle that I can just grab and go?

I used to fish as a co-angler in a local tourney series and have also fished a couple of BFLs as a co-angler. I have a small tackle bag from Cabela's that I use as a co-angler bag and has enough stuff to fish most styles of fishing for a couple of days or so. Always ready to go in case I fish with someone else or slum it from shore.

I didn't know about those co angler bags. How does one store spinner baits in them?

The back of the bag has a fold out storage rack for spinnerbaits
It should show it on the website

This works well for me !! I keep it stocked with baits and terminal tackle so I can just Grab-n-Go at a moments notice. AND, it's pretty easy to carry and work out of too.
