MotorGuide Customer Service for XI5 with PinPoint
I really needed to take the time to post a most wonderful experience with a major company in our industry and their outstanding customer service.
My first experience in calling I to get assistance with the set up of my XI5.... I was astonished to find that one of the MG techs actually answered he phone and walked me through a few setup steps that I missed...…
My next experience was to send an email to the support box and the generic response that they will try to get back to me in 24 hours... I actually got a phone call in about an hour of sending... again way above the help level I was expecting.
Eventually it was determined that my foot pedal needed replacing.... Long story made sort..... again the returned calls and emails and kept e updated every step of the way until I got my new foot pedal.
We all get frustrated as things don't work for us...… especially technology related but MG did their absolute best in making it a good experience...… Thank you to Adam and the others who helped me!
