Carbon updates

I have two carbon units. I've downloading the download multiple times, when I download the new update on the side of the download it has the symbol of the internet explore sign, so I'm assuming it's not downloading fully because when I put them in my units it still says there are more downloads and they can't not be completed from wifi. I'm using google chrome. I would love some help with this.

I’m a little confused. Are you updating through WiFi or are you downloading from website then plugging it into your units?
