    Unified ground & interference

    Running livescope i was getting interference.
    Moved off trolling battery to starting battery.
    I once read its good idea to have a unified ground wire
    to both batteries.
    Will this actually add interference now?

    I have never and will likely never have any connection from starting battery to any trolling battery
