I paid $2.75 for Diesel in Florida yesterday. I assume the difference is state taxes.

The state side of the tax is 50.5 cents for gas and 38.5 for diesel. Total tax is 82.2 gas and 1.13 diesel.

Gas prices are back to normal, nothing to see here unless you’re listening to people trying to make you believe there’s something to see. https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=42435

Those are just average gas prices by year. I don't think you can term something that fluctuates as normal. Better described as just higher or lower than previous years.

89 octane was $2.91 yesterday when I filled up, thanks to Kroger for double fuel rewards on weekends so I only paid $2.51.

At near 80 cents a gallon in tax and junk for roads, I would be riding a bicyle if I could pull the boat.
