Trout - yes
I have seen fish schooling near paces ferry bridge (cobb fulton line) but could not tell what they were.

The hooch has plenty of trout rainbows and browns most of the bigger browns are down that way. I have never fished for em on the hooch but have heard they're is quite a few bass down around morgan falls area as well.
