    Rain

Seems like this area is getting some make up rain from the drought. On the DNR website I saw something like 8.3 in of rain this month. How much have they gotten in the Atlanta area? I saw some pics of a lot of floods in Atlanta, GA & the Oconee, SC areas.

Sure would like to see a few of the needy lakes find some of that water. BTW COE...you need to hold some of the water and not dump it as well. Nows the time to let one of those winter drawdowns pass.

They did manage to let the level at Hartwell to come up 2.2', Clarks hill got 6" of rain and hasn't changed at all? They must have turned on the generators about the time the rain started.

    EASY !

We hurtin' bad enough, at least one side of the company is doing good.

We didn't see hardly a drop from that front. Scattered shower here and there, but not enough to settle the dust.

Can not speak for the lakes but.....Six Flags was under water - I mean the whole thing. I-20 was closed down .....I had to work all night (setting in a patrol car) tell everyone to exit at FIB (Fulton Indust Blvd). I did not have a camera.... If anyone lives in the area look at the trees on the south side of I-20 just west of Six Flags Drive - That is Sweetwater Creek it was up over I-20.

    Re: Rain (transdep1)

I saw some of the photos of Six Flags. You couldn't see the bottom of the roller coasters. Someone told me you guys got around 20" or rain in some areas.

It's the truth....drop the water so them big boats can go to the big game.....Senca river can be a bit rough on Game day...Only time I ever got my old MFG Super Bass to Fly!!! didn't see them huge monkey boat waves...

Just go to the COE site to see how much faster the water is headed toward Billy....Billy how about you piss'n in it when it goes by & into the Ocean. LOL CYA
