Kids fishing T on Lake Russell 5/10/08 free to enter.

Hooked on fishing not on drugs kids fishing tournament. Open to kids 17 and under. Fish from the bank or from your boat. All fish count and live bait is permitted.
Pre-registration is required. Anyone interested, let me know and I'll e-mail you the registration form.
The T will be at Richard B. Russell State Park on May 10th.

All boats must have a minimum of 2 adults (age 21 or greater) on board during the T. Kids will be limited to 2 per boat unless approved by T officials. My guess is that if you have a pontoon they allow more. Most people are going to be fishing from the bank, my family included.

I raised my son in the back-end of a boat....the hard way. Used to fish the "rodeos" SCDFW put on untill they came up w/ the "every bodys a winner" theory....Spooney said " Why fish it if you can't win." Good thing to carry Kids fish'n but they need to want to go. Ain't nothin'n more miserable that try'n to make a Kid or Woman fish when they don't want to be there. CYA
