    representing on BBC

OK guys and gals. They got this little thing going in the lounge asking where everyone is from and seeing what state has the most representation. I KNOW that we have a bunch of Georgians on here!! Represent there and make sure to visit the states poll under the BBC Polls board!! Right now GA has 1 single vote and is way at the bottom..

No its because we are spread too far apart that we couldn't get everyone together. I drove 3-4 hours for 2 events. I don't recall the 1st person wanting to drive south...
That would include you Todd as well..

Ok Billy I say Plan a Savannah River Rally and let's see what kind of RESPONSE to the Idea you can get. I'll Personally try to make arrangements to come. Put it on the General Board and see what comes from the Idea.

Re: representing on BBC (Bassin Billy)

Naw....we had the qualifier at Russell back in December....our club had 2 of the top 6 placed teams....one of the clubs fished Russell as a regular part of their scheadule....We just fish there once a year.....I was pretty proud of our guys.

We've got the regional at Wheeler in May (why I can't go to the southern rally)....Then the real championship after that.....The prize money is getting pretty big,but so are the entries

    Regional infohttp://sports.espn.go.com/outd...eeler

    Qualifier info....

    BCWC – Congratulations!
Results of the State “Qualifier” for the Bass Club World Championship
    Lake Russell Dec. 15-16

YELLOW RIVER BASSMASTERS TEAM 2 - Finished in 1st Place with 59.45lbs.

HYDRILLA GNATS - Finished in 2nd Place with 56.85lbs.

MARIETTA BASSMASTERS TEAM 1 - Finished in 3rd Place with 52.17lbs.

YELLOW RIVER BASSMASTERS TEAM 1 – Finished in 4th Place with 47.35lbs

    MARIETTA BASSMASTERS TEAM 2 – Finished 5th with 46.07lbs.

    OCONEE BASSMASTERS – Finished 6th with 40.89lbs.

Big Bass Honors went to Brent Tullis of Marietta Bassmasters, for a 4.1lb Spotted Bass !! Good Job Brent!

These qualifying teams will represent Georgia in the BCWC Divisional to be held at Lake Wheeler, May 20-23 2008. Conditions were ideal! NOT!!! Saturday was cold, with 10-15 mph winds and rain. Sunday they improved – no rain – COLDER Wind 20-25mph sustained, with gusts to 40mph. Even with the conditions, everyone still enjoyed the Spirit of Friendly Competition and interaction with the attending membership. GREAT JOB GUYS !
