Rates quoted are $69.00/nite plus tax for room with two double beds,and $59.00/night plus tax for a single king size bed. These rooms have Cable T.V. and phones.
There are also some efficiencies available for $79.00/night plus tax double occupancy. The hotel has blocked rooms for us for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of April and will hold them until March 15, 2006
Continental breakfast each morning. Some rooms have internet access.
Hotel has outside power for battery charging. They usually charge for these hook ups but they are waiving the fee for our stay.
At present we have a breakfast restaurant lined up to open early for Saturday and if enough folks want it they will open early Friday also. The restaurant is the "Soup to Nuts" diner almost directly across the street from the hotel.
As we did at the first Hickory Point event we will have Sonny's BBQ catering a meal at the Pavilion at Hickory Point after the tournament. Plans for Friday night are a Steak cookout at the hotel. As per BBC policy for Rallies this will be a plaques only tournament. Any fees required will be for meals and expenses and should be minimal.
