    Rainy day..

So, was it just me or did today (and last nights) torrential rains totally miss the Big O and Orange/Lochloosa?? I kept checking the radar and it looked like it was barely missing both, just about all day long.. (and soaking everywhere in between) Later this evening it looked like it might have started to get Orange/Loch for a bit.. I know we had 6.5 inches last I checked, here in Central Fl..

Minimal on Lochlossa and Orange. Lochlossa would be nearly impossible to launch and recover an airboat.

Very minimal rain just below West Palm Bch, a lot of wind though

Even if it don't rain on the lake the water should work it's way down

    Re: Rainy day.. (Gamblurr man)

It's rained here non stop for 2 days now. I live about 30 minutes n.e. of Terry. My pond was over 8" low, and now it's full to the brim. Winter Haven got absolutely pounded yesterday during my tournament. The Big O is about to get a huge push of water from the Kissimmee Chain. Toho is as high as i've ever remembered seeing it right now.

That rain in Central will work it's way down to Okeechobee to some degree, Placid, June & Istokpoga will get some also.

We ended up with 7.5" here a few miles north of Lake Monroe..

USCG says the river (St.Johns) is up a foot at the 17/92 bridge.. Little less as you head north.. Probably be day or so before it's done rising??

Im sure the current would be nice, but what do you guys think a foot of new water would do to the fish bite??
