today's extreme talquin team results

10 teams over all..............7 teams weigh fish in.............we weigh in 15.2 and culled three almost twin 18 inch........that was good for 6th place and the second LOWEST bag weighed in.......lowest I think was 13.8.............1st place was 24 something with a 6.2 or 6.3 big fish...........2nd place was 17.7 or 17.8 and then 3 other teams with 16 something in front of me...............if you average all 35 fish weighed in today for the 7 teams you get over a 3lb average per fish ............with only 2-6lbers weighed in (which is low) that makes all the rest of the fish a mixed bag of 2-5lb fish weighed in ...................with the past few weeks weather patterns and the last three days of rain and clouds I honestly thought todays weights were going to be low and a slow bite.........


the angry icon is b/c after catching the crap out of them all day and thinking "hey I might have decent chance at 2nd and a check and I would love to break that 8 tourney streak of 1 place out of the money"...."come on just 1- 7-8lber, I know your there and you would get me to 20lb and maybe a check"..........that dream was trampled real quick at weigh in .........its all in good fun but come on

and a side note..........I caught one 3 lber in 5 feet of water at sunrise..........the next shallowest fish we caught was 13-14 feet and I spent alot of time today floating in a 30+ river channel...........nearest weed was over a mile away

How would you feel to bring in 27 and change with a 9lber and not even get a check (orange lake extreme)not me,keep checking extreme web site and check out aug. results when they get posted

I have mentally prepared to not win with 27 lbs and a 9lber, but to not get a check at all WOW that would be tough to explain to other people ..............

I doubt there is a slower web site to update results than the extreme.......... but let me guess 10 boats and 27lbs was 3rd place and big fish was 10+..........didn't you win that one with 33 or 34lbs.........thought I remembered seeing that on here

yes we had 34 and I think there was about 15 boats,and 2nd was 30 and 2 or 3 between 27 and 30. scott and tracy had 27 and no $ I think 3rd had 28 something.If they would update the stupid site we would know for sure.Are you going to make the classic in seminole?

yeah I will be there its only an hour drive for me........... last time I was there was about 15 motnhs ago and it was more to get ribs at wingates and ride the flint with an old college buddy than to fish ..........so I am not expecting much.......but some of the guys that fish in my trail should do pretty well, or at least do pretty well every other time they are out there

the extreme website is just sorry..........my team partner is a dealer who helps put the tounreys on and he sends pics each time to them to post.........and they still don't bother posting them
