2017 Trx patriot cleaning rims and jackplate question?

Hi guys,
My aluminum rims on my 2017 Trx are starting to develop light oxidation on them what’s the best product to clean them and shine them up with? I got some meguiars aluminum polish but didn’t know if that be safe to use. Also what’s everyone using to shine up there z lock jackplates with. Thanks!

Purple metal polish but because I go in salt all the time, I had to spray wheel clear over it to stop the constant corrosion
