Johnson 9.9 4stroke question

07 9.9hp model J10EL4SU s/n# S22039313 After 10 hr break in (by the book) I changed the oil and filter and found a whole lot of what appears to be pieces of teflon tape imbedded in the filter and around the oil filter housing. I asked two dealers and showed them the actual filter. They were baffled. I spoke with Al @ cust. svc and he said "just play it by ear". Any Ideas of what it could be or what it could do? You need to post it up on an online place like shutterfly first. then click on the picture, right click to get the properties, Highlight them and copy. Click on the mountain icon in the message body, 5th icon from the left it will post [IMG][/IMG] , move your cursor between the inner 2 brackets then hit paste. your picture will appear. Sounds harder than what it is. If you want to send them via e-mail to me and I can post it for you. My e-mail is in my profile.
