Yeah, 2 days a week. I think I got a hernia from rolling kegs Saturday, And $? Its been slow brother.

Well, how'd it go Sunday?

Fishin was very ugly. Weather was as expected, windy and raining. Winds out of the south didn't make the river as rough as you would think for 20-30 MPH winds. 7 people braved the high gas prices and rough conditions. Only 1 limit was brought in (yours truly). 1st place Robert Fretwell 7.71lbs, 2nd place Keith Malone 4.83, 3rd place Steve Pinkard 4.81. Big fish was 2.18 James Byrd. I almost threw my fish back, glad I didn't. Next tourney on Wheeler, Ingall's Harbor, Oct 19th.

Well look at it this way you beat 2nd place by almost 3lbs.

Should have a lot better turnout on the next one. Had several things working against us on the Pickwick tourney (wind, stormy, gas shot up, 2 night time classics on Sat night and the weekend series on Guntersville). Gave away some good door prizes too. $100 detail at Long Lewis, new Garcia Black Max reel from Gray's and plaques for 1, 2, 3 and big fish. More local sponsors to follow. Didn't get to give the $250 bonus for first place boat bought at Shoals Outdoors.

Have they announced where the Regional and Championship Tournaments will be for the 2009 season?

No word on the 2009 Championship yet. Probably won't be announced until this year's championship.
