Well guys looks like I have to make an executive decision. We will be Skipping August and resuming in Sept. So I'll Go ahead and open the voting for 9-1-07. Voting will end on Sunday 8-12-2007. If anyone wants to fish in august you can vote with with Northern guys. Just please be sure to show up if you vote. By the way I'm thinking of having a member drive at Mitchell in October or November (so we can use the pavilion) . See the "Free Food!!!!" post for details.

for Sept. I nominate Middle Pond ....(Yates Lake).....just outside of Tallassee....this is small lake (8 - 10 miles long) south of Lake Martin........very little pressure there........Lots of grass....and fish.....good landing...they have a covered pravilion there too.....This lafe is too small for a major tourney....usually has a good water level.....

Every time I fish that lake the fish aren't bitting. But who knows they might then

I don't think a map would do any good. I say we all meet at Hardee's and let Rick and Eddie buy us a biscuit since they'll be taking most of our money later that day anyway! Then we can just follow to landing.

I'm not going to say what the pro caught them on. I'll let him tell if he wants, but he caught three gooduns following guys we know who were fishing a tournament. Made them so mad they cranked and left!
