Okay, I see you guys picked Wheeler to fish this month. We'll use Decatur boat Harbor (Riverwalk) as our launch site because that will be easy for everyone to get to. If you get off 65 take 565 West towards Decatur. Will be on the right before you go over the bridge entering Decatur. I guess it would be 6-8 miles from 65.

Sign up here and Avery will keep this thread updated. He has been doing a great job keeping things on track with this forum while I've been fighting my battles at work. Avery will decide the time to meet at the ramp and weigh-in time. You guys have fun....wish I could be there but I'm still planning on being at the Southern Rally the first week of next month.

Yes you can fish alone. I may end up in that boat myself by the time the tourney rolls around. Just be sure to read all of the rules that are listed and have the proper insurance paperwork with you that morning. You can find all of the information you need in other posts on this board.

First of all, I'd like to say that I've sort of been thrust into this position by default because of Winn's difficulties at work. I'm happy to help in any way that I can but hopefully Winn's absence will be a very short term situation.

Like Winn already mentioned, we've always used Decatur Boat Harbor (Riverwalk) as our launch site. According to the Weather.com website, sunrise on the 15th is at 6:18 am which should make "safe light" somewhere around 6:10 so I figure we should meet between 5:15 and 5:30 to register, collect money, etc. We've always weighed in at 3:00 pm and that's always seemed to work well.

I'll bring some extra copies of all the forms just in case anyone forgets to bring them.

Todd Baldwin (toddgot5fish), I'm told, will be bringing the scales. If we exert enough peer pressure, I wonder if he'll be willing to "volunteer" to be our honorary weigh master????

Mike, we already have a set of club scales, baskets, folding table, etc. We could probably use some help at the weigh in, though. Thanks for the offer and we'll see you there! Do you have a partner yet?

From what I read I need proof of insurance at the ramp on Sat.?? Looking forward to meeting some of you and also am planning on fishing the Southern Ralley in May. Jody, our tournaments are pretty low key affairs. You do need proof of insurance and there are a couple of forms you need to fill out. You can either download them here online at http://www.bbcboards.net/zerothread?id=91283 or you can wait and fill them out at the ramp.

And don't let Todd talk you into thinking that the "new kid" has to bring sausage buscuits for everyone!

Hey Guys !!!!! My partner has to be at work at 3 o'clock in Huntsville. Is it alright if I drop him back off at Riverwalk at 2 o'clock so he can make it to work on time. Then, I will fish the last hour by myself. Just want to clear it up now so everything will be fair.
