    Holy Cow Mike ..... that model gearcase for the 90 already had tiny intakes to start with.

    Were you running those with that Turbo 1??????? No cavitation????

    I've run those for a little over 2 years with no problems.IF you plug any more holes your pressure will decrease,but with what i have plugged that is shown,you will have full pressure,and be able to jack the motor up about 1/4" higher. No cavitation.

    What did u use to cover the holes spanky

    I used black ureathane sealant that i got at Lowe's.It comes in a regular size caulking gun tube,and it's a black and gold colored tube.Don't ask me the brand because i ain't got a clue!! That stuff is a lot better than silicone sealant,and when it drys it's more like rubber than silicone.
