I believe the 19xs hull is similar, if not identical, to the '09 19X3. Mine with a 225 ProXS will run 76 very lightly loaded. It'll regularly hit 70 - 72 with all my crap in it, full livewell (well, full of water anyway! LOL), full of fuel and two anglers.
What setup are you running? I have a 19XS w/ 225 ProXS and all I can get is 68.4 GPS with a light load. I'm turning a 26 Fury 5700rpm at 4" below pad. I've tried 4 different props and all heights. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You need to drop in pitch or raise your motor. Your rpms are too low.
+1 on the drop of pitch. I'd try a 26 tempest plus or a 25 razor 3. The tempest needs to be worked out of the box though if bought new.
70 with some throttle left working on the chine walk issues.25 tempest. With 2 people full wells and fuel.. I can hit 70 WOT. I think it will run 73-74 with 1 person and full gear..I did not buy it for the speed but the ride. It is a solid boat that rides great.

I run a 25 fury. I have never run it light as I loaded it as soon as I got it. I can do 69.2 gps with 2 people routinely. I feel if it were light I could do low 70's.
