I've got a 2008 18X2 with a 150 HO Etec on it. No jackplate with a 21P Tempest Plus prop. I'm getting anywhere from 54-56 Mph. Any setup ideas on how to increase my speed. I'd like to set it up to get the max out of it. Thanks.

Read the X2 post on top of page.
Basically the X2 hull needs a jackplate to keep your prop in cleaner water and reduce slippage which will increase your mph's.
Your speeds are about right for a 21" prop. Get an 8" jackplate and a 23" Tempest+ and you'll start to push 60mph.
