IMO if there is nothing wrong with your yamaha it is not worth it. if you want an optimax get either the 125hp or the new 115 proxs. that boat is rated for a 125 but mercury did not have one untill 2009 or 10. no idea the cost though i am guessing with having it rigged by a shop and new mecury controls; somewhere around 10k.
