Question about 1960 something Evinrude 3.3 hp outboard oil pre mix

I bought a primo 1960 something 3 or 3.3 hp 2 cyl outboard engine to put on my jonboat...Motor is wrapped and stored in the box,is why i dont have the exact info...This motor looks like its never been ran,very clean...Anyways my question is this...What ratio do i premix my oil to run in this when i decide to use it...Thanks...This would look awesome on a stand in someones garage that collected antique motors...

For an accurate answer you need to furnish a picture or according to "rule #1" at the top of the main page, the model number so we know exactly which motor it is.

The early 3hp had the gas tank on top and a metal cover. The later 3.3 had a plastic cover and plastic gas tank.

Until you know the model number, run it 24:1 for best results.

It has a plastic cover and a seperate plastic tank...It also has Litewin or something on the motor cover...
