01 Stratos 19SS W/200Rude Setup Question...Please Help!

My partner has a 01 stratos 19ss w/200 Rude fich and a 23 Pitch Renegade. The problem is when we try to run at WOT at about 2/3 throttle & 60 ish MPH we start to get uncontrollable Chine walk and the bow rotates side to side bad-like a foot left and right (dangerous). Can you tell me what the ideal prop/pad height would be it currently has a 6" JP on it and the motor height is 3.5" Below Pad

I have the exact ride and had chine walk issues as well, until I got the JP adjusted right. I believe mine is 3" below pad. What prop is that you are running. I have a 26 raker now, and it turns too many RPM's at WOT. So I'm looking for something else.
