    '99 Stratos Battery Signal Help

One of the fuses broke but the filament wasn't broken so I thought this was the issue... But basically, the on board charger has 3 lights per connection
It has two "connections"... One goes to one battery, the other goes to the other battery. The lights say "check connection", "charging", and "fully charged"
Well one of the connections said "check connection" on one and "fully charged" for the other. The lights say "check connection", "charging", and "fully charged"
One of the connections said "check connection" on one and "fully charged" for the other. I checked both batteries with a voltage meter and they both seem to be fully charged. I then swapped the faulty fuse to the other battery and now I am getting "check connection" on both connections. Any thoughts here?

Might want to ask in the trolling motor/electrical forum. John Jones should be able to help you there...He will need to know what kind of charger it is...
