I read an article that people in the US are complaining about high fuel prices.
In the UK we are getting our pants taken down and spanked worse than anyone else!!!
Diesel is £1.08 per LITRE!!!!! = $2.11 to the litre =5 litres to a gallon =$10.55 a gallon.

Gas is at £1.06 per litre.

No more complaining please LOL

A large part of your price is TAX!! And there are not 5 liters per gallon. Try 3.4.

England (and Canada) would have the Imperial gallon and there are 4.54 liters in an Imperial gallon.

well, here in South Carolina we have found a major connection between one person and the raising and lowering of re-TAIL gas prices. when Championman has lots of beer the price of gas goes down at both the retail and wholesale level, when he is running low on Beer the prices go up. so to keep South Carolina in gas send all beer to ChampionMan.

I have relatives in England and they tell me the same thing. $3.00/gal is not all that bad in comparison. But....it sure feels bad when you're used to paying half that.
