294xl Cleats

How hard would it be to replace the old type side cleats and install the attwood type popup cleat on mt 2008 294.
I have broken rods that have slid under them

It's a very easy install on the 294. Remove the rear boxes to gain total access to the mounting area. The bow cleats are already accessible through the rod lockers.
