a guy might wanna trade for my 95 268v. can someone tell me bout the 189. its got a 6" jp and 200hp evinrude xp200, what are the specs of the boat.

They were good boats.They where top dogs before the 201s came out in 1988and also the rockets twin hulls boatsback in stratos early years and your boat stack up to a 179v but it was rated for a 150hp may be a litter bigger but not much i think it was 17ft and inches????? Which was good fast boat in the same time frame

make sure the transom is not soaked/rotted. i have an 88 181 pro that i had to rebuild the transom on. if he is the original owner and it was garage kept and well taken care of you might be good but if it's been through a few hands you never know.
