G/KWhr is an emissions number. Its the high end of 3 star rating.

grams/ kiloWatt hour or g/kWhr is a measure of the efficiency of an engine in the amount of fuel it uses to generate a kWhr.

So I am not going to be able to convert my KWhr to HP unless they state the KWhr right?
you can convert KWhr to hp yes . It should be somewhere around 205.7 or so if they are rated at what most are stating Kwhr

The 16.15 can't possibly correllate to the KWhr because this is a 250 hp motor, my old 225worked out to be 247 hp. That gr per KWhr sounds right stating the EPA rating but not the actual KWhr of power that can be conv. to HP by dividing by.745. They just aren't stating it on the MFG. tag. Thank you all..............

That is the measured emission output, just like your car which is measured in grams per mile.
Outboard pollutants are measured in grams per Kw, which can be converted to ounces per HP, pounds per hp, tons per HP, or any other convenient method.
