    Trim Tab?

    Is it nessasary for a trim/torque tab? I have a 2000 Evinrude Ficht on my Stratos. What advantage would I have by having one. My boat tracks ok. Just curious...Thanks

    It has a channel that directs water onto the bearing carrier to cool it. Leave it on there!
