    Prop size okay ???

I've got a '97 201 with a 200 vindicator and at present I'm running a 4 blade 13 1/2 x 25 Renegade . Is there a better choice for me on this skimmer , or do I need to look at other areas for gains ??? Thanks

Thanks for the reply Mike . Would you stay with the same diameter , go a bit bigger ? I noticed on the link you sent it showed a 3 - blade instead of a four . Will this change affect footing in rougher water ? I appreciate the time , as prop selection was something I never really delved into , but now wish I had . Take care .

I also usually have two adults , full tank and a full ( fool ) combat load of gear . Just thought I'd toss that in .

    Just checked the props I've picked up for this thing . I have another 13 1/2 x 25 four blade Renegade ( brand new ) , and a 13 3/4 x 25 four blade Ballistic .

That hull needs the bow lift of the tempest. They only come in one diameter. Just try one. It's free...

Mike is right, you need the Tempest or a Raker, they both have the good lift, but the Tempest is the best I found on my '96 201..Would run 68-69 with 1 guy and 66-67 with 2, tournament loaded with a 200 Merc....
