My 03 19xL has 4 jacks 2 on each side for black lights they are built into the rails or they where installed. I was told they where Black light jacks. My question is what brand black light will work with those jacks.

Hoppy's, Stan Sloans, Moonlite, Nucli-eye, in short any black light with a cordless plug will work. You can buy lights priced from 30.00-250.00 I recommend the Nuclieyes they are really nice lights and plenty bright.

Any that operate on 12 volts . You may have to go to the local radio shack for a 1/4" mono plug and wire 'em up , but its no big deal . When you pick out your lights pay attention to the size of the suction cups used for mounting . They may be to big for your gunnels and you'll want to go with a stainless rail and clamps . Just a suggestion . Good luck on your choice .
