    Ram Mounting x135 on bow

How would be the best way to ram mount a x135 on the bow of my boat as far as running the transducer cord and power cord?

I'd put the base on the carpet and run the cables out from underneath the console , particularly if you don't want to use the dremel on anything . If you want to put it up on the nose , keep it on the rubber and silicon the screws . Any particular reason why you don't want to flush mount it ?? Remember to keep your transducer wire away from the main power lead to prevent interferance . Good luck .

I may end up flush mounting it.I didnt know that the power cord would cause interference with the trasducer.I have a x51 that would power up and work fine but wouldnt read right do you think this might have been the problem? Is there any way to check a transducer if your not on the water?I wanna make sure I hook this x135 up right.
