I found one for 22,000 it has a 200 yamaha hpdi and has under 10 hour, is this a good price. Now the engine is under war till 2012 and is the boat going to be under with me buying it used.

A bad day at the lake beats a good day at work.
I believe the boat will be under warranty for 10 years from the original purchase date after the boat is transferred. So if the boat was bought in Dec-2007 the warrany would be good until Dec-2017.
Someone can correct me if I'm worng but that is my understanding.
Make sure to have a dealer tansfer warranty for both the engine and hull for you.....then run get it. 22K is a screaming deal!

I paid 30 for mine , Jan 2007. Team package, aurora cover, upgrade wheels, hambys, single axle trailer. That would be a very good deal.
