Looking at getting at new 201 from C&O and I'm curious as to what speeds people are getting with the 250 proxs? Also would like to know what the best prop would be for this combo?

Hey Rob. I can't tell you what prop was on it, but I ran a 201 w/ 250 ProXS at the Stratos Dealer Meeting this year. It was white/blue. It is one of C&O's demo boats. It was loaded down with a full tank of fuel, the weather was close to triple digits with the water temps in the 90's and I ran it 79. It had all of the batteries and like I said, was full of fuel. There wasn't any fishing gear in it, but in that weather I was more than impressed with it. That was the first 250 ProXS I had ran and it was impressive.
I think it is a very good combo.

The Blue/White 201 is the boat I'm looking at. Working out a few details and may end up driving down your way next weekend.

That boat is strong. I've always owned Evinrude until last year. I went with Yamaha in '07 and '08. Like I said above that one was the first 250 ProXS I have ran, and it will run. I was very impressed. Maybe you can come get it. You'll love the boat and your experience with C&O. I should be heading up to get my '08 201 on the 9th of November.
