Did stratos ever make 22SS extreme?? If so can someone fill me in. A friend said he saw one and the owner claimed it was a 100mph boat. he thouhgt it had a 250

Yes they did. It's one of the most stable, best riding boats ever made. It has a deck you could land a helicopter on. It is NOT however anywhere remotely close to a 100 mph boat. With a 225 you're looking around 70-72. With a 250, maybe 74. That boat was not built for speed, but rather comfort.
They only made them a couple of years (around '00 and '01 I believe).

i love my 21SS Extreme, but I don't get it over 100mph unless there is a huge tailwind, usually i max out at 68mph.
PS They are awesome in rough water!!! I battled the waves on Champlain two weeks ago, me and the boat won!
I have one and the best she ran was 70 , but the ride is worth it , smooth as glass even with a light chop !! More storage than you could spend at BPS for tackle to fill it up.
I like my 21 SS, 65 mph top end, but working on setup, more storage and better ride than alot of others.
