Did the 99's have a tackle storage system like the "PTO" system in the new Stratos boats? If so, where could I find one? I just bought this boat and trying to figure out how I want to stow my gear neatly in the boat...I have tons of storage just no way to organize.

Not like the PTO system in the new boats. There are a few aftermarket systems out there. The other option is to measure your compartment and see if there is a current model Stratos that is close. I'm guessing you'd need to look at possibly an '03-'05 195/295 for a close match.
