Not sure what could have happened. Worked fine on Saturday and today the trim gauge doesn't move. Is there a fuse that I could check? The trim works fine its just the gauge.

Do a search on the Yamaha board...you'll find the answer and a picture showing where to look on the engine. The part is really inexpensive...should be under $3.00.

Jerry, I think your right. The plastic piece is cracked and moves freely. Any idea what the name of that part is? I'll give stratos a call.
I know Boats Unlimited has that part in stock, thats where I got mine when it broke.
