    Anode question

I've owned my used alumacraft for 1 month. I cleaned the anodes in the motor 2 weeks ago and took it out once. I just got it back from the shop and noticed the anodes had an litter layer of "stuff" on them. This was not how they were 2 weeks ago. Do I have a problem or is this normal? I also found lots of wire ends rung my throughout the boat and have no idea where they go or if any are connected to a battery. This all has me conceded about electrolysis.

A Whitish chalky look is normal as long as it is not caked on or the anode is being consumed.

Also, there are different anodes for salt vs fresh water.
Think what would happen in this country if the many stopped fearing the few.
