    Skeeter Lid latches . . .

I have a 2010 20i and I was wondering from some of the guys who have been running Skeeters for a long time, how the lid latches hold up. I am replacing one livewell latch right now due to wear and am just wondering how they hold up over time. I told my dealer to send me a couple extra latches so that I can replace them in a pinch if necessary. I like the nice clean deck without the twist latches, but it seems to me that Skeeter still has some work to do to get all the bugs out of their latch system.

    Thoughts?

I have a 2010 ZX250. I replaced 3 of the latches in the first year.
I need to replace a few more but, have not had the time to really mess with it.
So, in my opinion, they are not very durable.

My 08 has 2 broken latches. Some of my lids are VERY tight and hard to open. Especially the livewells.

I had a couple tight comparments also. I used bassboat saver liberally on the carpet on the edges of the lid where the lid carpet meets the deck carpet. This help made it much better.

My only issue is the screws vibrating loose. Overall I like them better than the T handles that everyone else is using.
