Skeeter ZX 225 - Setup Recommendations

Need advice on boat setup for our new Skeeter ZX 225 w/ Series 2 HPDI 225 - 25T-1 prop, I now have 20 hours on the boat and was wanting to get the max out of what I have. The boat came from the dealer with the prop @ 2-3/4" below the pad. Boat will run 70mph with outside tempature in the low 90 deg. with two large men and fully loaded with gear! Cold weather in the spring I have seen 72mph out of the boat. I am sure someone on here will have some good suggestions!

how is your jackplate set? my zx225 is only runnin 67.3 wot at 5800 rpms tournament load.

The dealer (Airport Marine in Alabaster, Al.) that I got it from had it set @ 2.75" below the pad. I just raised it up to 1.5 below the pad a minute ago to try in the morning. Maybe to much but easy enough to change back! My last Bullet liked it wright there but I know that is a total different animal!
