anyone have or had this combination and how do they preform? I recently purchased one and was wondering if it is running close to optimum or if i need to do some set up work. Right now with full tourney load 60 gallons gas 1'2 full livewells and 1 person 10" springfield j/p h2o 15 psi 71 gps at 5800rpms before it starts to chine walk not sure what prop no markings other than it is a 4 blade.

First thing I would do if you want more speed is to get rid of that 4 blade.

I have a 94 zx200 with a 200hp Merc I switched out my 4 blade prop and now running a 24p fury and I gained a good 4 to 5mph. I also had my heads shaved (gives you more low end torque for better hole shot) by http://www.jaysmithracing.com/ from the Merc boards on here. I think a 25p fury will work good for you, but I would try and find a dealer that has demo props you can try before you buy.

Tourney Loaded me and partner gps 67-69, myself 70-72 seen 74mph once by myself with wind pushing. Going by speedo Im doing 80mph +(I wish). When I first bought it couple years ago I could top out at 62mph, guy I bought it from had a 23 pitch four blade on there.

ok found out what prop i am running when i spun the hub it is a 24 pitch predator prop. tried ruinning a spare tro 4 24 pitch and slowed way down with around 20 gallons of fuel was would run 68 on gps. i got the predator back today and put it back on. also found out port gas gauge reads a 1/4 tank to much thank goodness for twin tanks
