SX190 trolling motor recess

Can i put a recess tray for the trolling motor pedal on a 2004 SX190 ?

I was told by someone that they did not think so as there is a support beam or something running across??

On my 05 the floor underside is ribbed and a 2x4 but I believe that 2x4 is for the support of the rod box wall...take out your tackle box and take a look under there....you will be able to see up to the bow.

Yes you can. And you can push it as far forward as you can go. I installed a recessed tray in my 04' SX190 2 years ago and my front deck is still solid as a rock!
