I think it was just last week I saw the tubes & the tree for sale in misc.

I have a SX-190. The tube system didn't work out well at all, boat is too short: Bent rod guides, rods stuck in the tubes...And most of my rods are 6 and 6.5 footers.
My advice is to save the couple of hundred dollars the tubes will cost and buy rod socks, and a whole bunch of other stuff you need or don't need, but want.

Just did mine, the other week, looks good, I bought golf tubes from Dicks Sporting goods for $1.00 each, and at Bass Pro shop for $.99 needed 22 of them, didnt have to cut a single one for the bow section, but did for the handles in the back of the box. slid them in and glued them at the base of the collar. works fine.
I went both ways. I made half a rod rack to support the grips/reels, and rod socks to keep the lines from tangling in my SX190
