WIRING DIAGRAM FOR CONTROL PANEL

Does anyone know where i can get a wiring diagram for a 2007 zx190 I am now on my 3rd control panel (this is a o7 w/ the new style panel) with the last one being put in 11/12/09 and just got my boat back from detail and storage and the new panel still does not work. I am a auto mech so i can see that the fuse box has a 30a fuse for the panel and the panel will turn on and light up. but nothing works except the fuel tank button. All the buttons light up but nothing works. The last panel would turn off sometimes when i push the bilge button. Now the new one wont work at all The rest of the fuse box has no power except the 30a fuse for the panel. the panel has power coming into it in two places but no power going out to the fuse box. im assuming the panel supplies power out to the rest of the fuses then to the features, but i need a diagram to be sure. anyone having this problem with the new style panel. Maybe they can put the 2010 rocker switches in. My boat just went out of warranty but a have a letter that the panel has been replaced twice last year so i can get it covered but i going start talking buy back if they dont fix it. not very safe to be on the water with nothing working and having to fill my livewell by hand and having no bilge pumps. all i can do is start the motor and use the nav/ancr override if its dark.

When I did mine, I just used the plug to test with. Turn the panel off, then unplug on of the looms coming off the back. If it turns off, that was the "in" plug. If it stays on, that is the one you needed to pull. Then take a test light and ground one end and hook up the other to one of the wires (via the plug). Start hitting buttons until the light turns on. When it turns on, look at which hole in the plug you are in, and the corresponding wire. I am pretty sure the browns are all pumps on some kind, I think purple is your courtsey lights and then reds are going to be accessories and lights.

Another way to check would be to look in your bilge. Just look at the color of the wire going to each pump (they should be brown with different color stripes). The wires will be the same color at the dash. Plus, you can pop off your light recepticles and see what color those are as well.

Skeeter doesn't have a wiring diragram that I know of. When I replaced my dash they told me they didn't have anything.

The big red wires on both Conn have constant pOwer and the buttonS light up when they're pushed but nothing works what I need to know is the panel suppling power to the fuse box because with the panel on or off the fuses have no power I'm going to bring a meter home to test further but can someone check there fuse box to see If the fuses have power all the time or only with the panel on maybe the fuse box is bad it is mounted on the floor were it can get wet

Problem found the relay in the fuse box is not suppling power to the fuses when the panel is turned on good thing my dealer put in 3 panels all when a five dollar relay was to blame go Skeeter dealer it only took me 20min to find they had my boat for weeks 3 times oh well at leased is not a panel problem just need to get them to send a relay to me and ill be back on the water
