I have a sx166. the battery compartment is somewhat limited for space.
What are your thoughts about mounting the battery charger on the underside of the back lid. I have a Guest 3 bank charger.

Shouldn't hurt anything. The only thing is are the screws gonna go thru the lid?

Mine is mounted under the right rear compartment, which seems to be a common palce. No room in the bilge.
I added a 4th battery recently and had no room for the single bank charger. I ended up screwing it to the crossmember support on the underside of the compartment hatch. I have had no issues at all, and screws do not go all the way through.
